Position: Parenting and Life Skills Instructor
Classification: Non- Exempt 32 hours weekly
Reports To: Raffa Family Services Director

This is an non-exempt position. Your work week is limited to 32 hours, calculated Monday to Sunday. Hours worked must be logged into the ADP app. No overtime is authorized without prior approval from the Executive Director. Raffa retains sole discretion to determine when employees must work greater than 40 hours per week. Working unauthorized overtime hours may lead to disciplinary action and even termination.
Raffa does not enter into employment contracts with its staff employees. This job description does not constitute a contract of employment and can be amended at any time. Position: Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director
Classification: Non- Exempt 32 hours weekly
Reports To: Raffa Executive Director
Description: The Administrative Assistant for Raffa serves as an assistant to the Executive Director of the organization. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Executive Director to carry out bookkeeping duties, administrative tasks, and assist with donor relations as needed to help accomplish the mission of Raffa.
